Hi!

I have a 27 book set of Getting To Know Nature's Children books, published by Grolier in the mid-1980's.  These books are excellent for elementary school kids.  We used them in our homeschool and my kids loved them.  Alas, years pass and kids grow up, so we would like to pass these along to another family who would enjoy them.

Each book tells about two animals.  There are 26 books about animals and one Guide and Index book.  The animals discussed in the books are (in no particular order):

loons, black bears, wolves, whales, coyote, monarch butterfly, wild horses, caribou, mice, elk, ants, weasels, cougars, eagles, grouse, muskox, squirrels, frogs, woodchucks, alligators, pronghorns, seals, pelicans, snakes, walrus, hawks, bighorn sheep, prairie dogs, moose, downy woodpecker, lynx, sea lions, turtles, bees, red fox, river otters, bison, possum, muskrats, salmon, canada goose, grizzly bear, porcupine, mallard ducks, polar bears, skunks, raccoons, owls, deer, rabbits, chipmunks, beavers

These books are all hardbacks and have lots of great color pictures in them.  I'll post links to a few of them below so you can get some idea of what they are.

Please post or PM if you'd like them.

Thanks!

Amy
