Love it, this has recipes using chocolate in just about everything! From beverages, dinners, cookies, cakes and soup, salads, bread, ice cream and much more! Easy to read and follow, you will almost always have everything you need on hand. This is a great chocolate recipe book!

You can't go wrong with this book. Begins with an introduction to cooking with chocolate, and gives recipes for breads, soup & salad, and main dishes in addition to the full assortment of beverages, pies & cakes, cookies, desserts (as if we hadn't covered that yet) and candy. All named after San Francisco motifs. In the dinner section, the Yerba Buena Fancy Yams and Western Chili con Chocolate are my favorites! (so far!)
