I have to wonder why the publisher titled this Ghost, because the type of reader who is likely to be drawn to the title is probably not going to like this book. I love a good ghost story. Not so wild about literary fiction with all its pretenses. This is literary fiction and, as far as I'm concerned, boring as hell. (Didn't finish it, BTW, since I gave up on ever getting to hear anything substantial about the ghost.)
