This book literally has tofu as an ingredient in every recipe. I bought it when I first became a vegetarian and was all excited to use it. But I only made one or two of the recipes and it ended up back on my shelf where its lived for years.
I would recommend it to someone who is wants to incorporate healthier foods in their diets or to add more plant based protein, also would highly recommend it for Vegetarians and Vegans.
