Wonderful mystery that takes place in Sweden. It's a sophisticated mystery with many layers. It's not until about 2/3's of the way thru the book, that things start coming together. The ending is a surprise and not at all sudden.

The author submitted three books to the publisher and shortly after died of a heart attack. The second book coming out in July has the same main characters.(Thank goodness)

I just started reading this book last week. And although I am only 100 pages into the book, I can tell this is going to be one of the best books I'll read this year. It's absolutely phenomenal. It's sad the author didn't live to see his books get published. But I am glad that there are two more  books on the way. I can't wait for July

I loved The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo so much that I got the second one (The Girl Who Played with Fire) from the Amazon.co.uk store. Book 2 is every bit as great as book 1. I can't wait until the last one comes out.

I've got this on my TBR too, and have heard great things. I think I will be getting to it soon.

I read a review about this book in a magazine and forgot about it-I'm going to look it up on PBS now.
