I have had this book on my bookshelf for a few years. Finally I picked it up to read & for one and a half days that's all I did was read this powerful book. It taught me a lot I didn't know of the war in Vietnam.Thought provoking, story of the girl hit with a napalm strike in June of 1972 & her picture made years of news. I feel admiration for this woman, for her courage & forgivness. I encourage everyone to read this book. It can be long at times because there is so much to cover. I intend to keep this on my book case Hopefully many like me will finally read it. It will move you. Have a box of tissue near by. I'd give this 5 stars. Great for a book club discussion.
