If you like books that let you into people's minds and find out why they think the way they do, however disturbed it may be, this is a great book. This book brings to light some very hard issues that teens today face in the real world: sexual identity, abusive family members, cutting, drugs, & more.

a coming -of-age story of sorts, centered around skye, a sixteen y/o lesbian who is searching for love, friendship, and perhaps for some sanity in her life as well. dry, often angry, cynical, and beautiful. i thought this was very well written and lived up to the numerous recommendations.
