In a large mixer bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, water and oil.   Beat on medium speed for 2 mins.   Spread batter in greased  1 bundt cake pan or 2 - 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" loaf pans.  Bake at 350* for 35 - 45 minutes.  Cool 10 minutes in pan(s) on a wire rack.  Top with the Lemon Glaze:

Lemon Glaze:

1 cup Confectioner's Sugar, 1/2 tbsp milk, 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice.   Mix well and drizzle over Lemon Loaf.
