As a retired Lutheran teacher, I absolutely loved this book! What an inspiration Mrs. Mecum was to not only to her students, her parents, her fellow faculty, but also to her community as she faced the world with God's plan for saving His school! Not only do we see as the reader the miracle of seeing that plan into fruition in this wonderful book through the pictures and the writing of her students, parents, fellow teachers, aunties, and grandparents, but we feel the inspiration to find God with them! I hope others will treat themselves to this very special, inspirational book!
