This was only okay for me. I'm always wary of business book written for women because from my own experience, being a woman in both small and large companies when men are in control, it's always best to read the playbook that the men are reading. Other women who've climbed the top have usually taken the tried and true road of ethical business, the straight and narrow. A better book to read is "Never Wrestle with a Pig" and "What They Don't Teach You at Harvard" by Mark H. McCormack.
