My daughter has decided to learn to play the viola.  Are there any good books out there that will help get her started?  I want to make sure she is getting into it before I start paying for pricey lessons.

Thanks so much,

There are a couple of series out there that have DVD's with the book.  So the child can actually see what is going on.  I don't have the names of the series but my music store here helped me out finding them.  If you can't find them PM me and I'll find the box my dd clarinet books are packed in to see if I can find it that way..
