I will admit that I theme my reading. I prefer to read books that I actually feel I can get into. So, it's winter. I am in desperate need of books about ski weekends gone wrong, isolation, serial killers, ghosts, anything that involves winter. I am not age picky. I have been known to enjoy harking back to RL Stine and such, but adult books would be a nice change too. Does anyone have any ideas? I would be super grateful. In terms of adult novels, I simply LOVED the ruins by Scott smith, so anything along that vein would be great. Thanks!

Try Snow by Ronald Malfi.  Lots of snow, people turning into cannabalistic zombies by strange creatures, small group of survivors isolated by the snow and the aforementioned zombie people and strange creatures.  Loads of fun.
