Search - Good Omens (Audio CD) (Unabridged)

I tried reading this twice in the past few years. I was just barely able to stand finishing it as an audiobook. There's so much potential in everything in this novel, but it's just boring.

I felt like the characters were flat and uninteresting. It's clear while reading that the dialogue is meant to seem natural, but it's not. The "funny" parts are so obviously supposed to be funny that they're not. The attempts at wackiness often interrupt what had been a good flow in the story.

If you're a Pratchett fan, you'll probably enjoy this because it's pretty typical of his writing; otherwise, I'd suggest skipping this one
