A very thoughtful, gentle book dealing with the phenomenon of contact with loved ones who are deceased. Ranging from a "felt" presence to a solid, palpable being, these experiences are the stories of real people from all walks of life. The author has put these tales together rather loosely, not altogether smoothly, but the poignancy of these stories more than makes up for the lack of an easy flow from one story to the next. I was interested in this book because of my own experiences with my mother after her death. I found that these stories resonated with my own experiences so many ways. A truly warm and wonderful read.
