This is book is the best of everything in quilting. It is a piece of quilt making histroy. Different very talented quilters are shown,their story told, beautiful color pictures of their quilts and the majority of them have their patterns and instructions! Lots many creative ideas. I really like these books.

Don't let the 1988 date turn you away from this book. It is so good. They are great quilts, and the book includes instructions and templates, and lots of nice photos.
