I really enjoyed sharing this book with my students. The illustrations are so detailed and the story teaches about the importance of the rainforest. It teaches responsibility for keeping our environment healthy. Then uses the animals of the rainforest to show how each is dependant on the trees to survive for food and shelter. But more than that the book teaches us about the different parts of the rainforest.
