I am looking for another book that I let get away from me. It was one of the Harlequins.  I think a Super  Romance.. I think this is the way it goes.  The hero is a rancher who cannot read.  I know that he has a sister that writes him letters. Maybe from College.  No one knows he can't read.  The heroine somehow finds how and tutors him.

Donna if you can remember the hero or heroine's name, I might be able to help you find it but I need names.

PM me.

I let my subscription to fictionDB lapse or I would look this up.  I read one just like this.  There was at least one later book about the sister, who was studying medicine.  I thought it was by Kathleen Creighton but I don't recognize it on her booklist so that may not be right.  I would swear the H's name was Jake.
