It also has healthy recipes and stresses eating well but for girls NOT to starve themselves. It talks about the importance of exercise and has illustrations. It has a list of 70 helpful tips (sunlight is good for you as long as you don't overdo it, drink lots of water, wear shoes that won't hurt your feet for walking and exercise, etc.
