The Green Bean Thing

2 or 3 - Cans of Green Beans
3 or 4 - Potatoes
1 pound - Skinless Eckerich Sausage
Pour greenbeans, liquid and all into a large skillet with a lid. Peel and chop potatoes and place on top of greenbeans. Slice sausage into 1/2 inch rings, place on top of of potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer for about 35 minutes or until the potatoes start to melt ! This is so simple and so good, my husband and son love it !
