On the gray quotation box that shows the book being sent to you, what does it mean when there is a green check mark? Some of mine have that and some do not...

It means they used Delivery Confirmation.   BTW Brenda - anyone accepting an order from you does not automatically see your signature statement.   I just thought you might want to know that it doesn't help those of us that might fulfill an order from you.

If you click on the checkmark, you can watch the book travel to you!

I wanted to tack on to what Cozi said - you should really put that info in your requestor's conditions in order to insure that every person who sends you a book will see it.

Brenda, you go in under Settings (located in the My Account, drop down menu)...if you scroll down that you will see a section to add your Requestor Conditions.

Just a suggestion but, from reading on the forum you might want to consider being more specific...the statements "in good condition with minor wear only"  and "Gently read with minor wear" are quite subjective and vague and people will be hesitant to mail a book to you....you need to be specific.

Scribbling and highlighting are part of PBS posting guidelines...restating them is ok thought!

Hope you don't mind the suggestions...
