Can anyone recommend a book with a great grovel scene?

The Admiral's Penniless Bride by Carla Kelly.  Fantastic "please forgive me" scene.

ITA about the Kelly.  It's a good one.

"Silk and Steel" is ringing bells.  Is the author, Theresa Michaels?

Always been partial to the fruit throwing scene in Sea Swept-La Nora; Anna had the delicious Cam Quinn.

One of my favorite  laugh out loud grovel scenes is in Heaven, Texas by Susan Elizabeth Phillps.

Since I feel like love is all about groveling, I can't even think of one and I am sure I have read them and not noticed.

Call me witch, but the hero never seems to grovel enough to suit me! He puts the heroine through the wringer: he should be on his knees crawling over broken glass.

I love this part of a romance novel and I'm jotting down titles of those I haven't read yet.

The great grovel scenes I that I already know of are

Susan Elizabeth Phillips - Kiss an Angel, Heaven Texas

Christina Dodd - That Scandalous Evening

Eloisa James - A Duke of Her Own

Those were the only truly memorable ones I can think of the top of my head
