This book started out kind of slow for me, but I stuck with it and ended up not being able to put it down half way through. It is a good long book that surprised me in the end. I enjoyed the story line, it was very different than any other Nicholas Sparks books that I have read. It is also a good book for dog lovers.

I love Nicholas Sparks! The Guardian was actually my least favorite of his books, but I still loved it. It made me want to go out and get a Great Dane after reading it. Hahaha.

This book was so predictable I couldn't take it. I only finished it because I promised myself I would.

Great book
I am a fan of Nicholas Sparks but, I have gotten kind of tired since his books are all pretty similar. The Guardian, however, is a departure from his normal genre. Quite a bit more suspense.
a great book. A real tearjerker from the first to the last page. I love it.
