Great book - full of tips and advice. For example "Dealing with Glitches" If you laugh about a mishap. . . your guests will laugh too. Also, under "Wine Simplified" - Don't be intimidated. It's just a bottle of fermented grape juice. I also loved the chapter entitled "How Not to Poisin Your Guests".
