I picked up 2 really nice hardcover books that are mysteries. They are printed out by Guidepost and have no ISBN so can I post them or not.

Yes, that's what the Post a Book Without an ISBN page is used for.

In the bottom right corner of the Post Books page, you'll find a place to post your book without an ISBN.

Good idea, Emily -- sometimes the ISBN will be on the title page, or on the page after that (the publisher's page.)
