A lively tale from a master of the Regency genre. Gwendolen is faced with a sister engaged to a man she doesn't love and a younger sister that is in love with an ineligible suitor. Into this confusion an old flame of Gwendolen's returns to make her second guess her own engagement. Gwendolen's hands are full as all the tanglements of the heart are sorted out. Wonderful tongue in cheek humor and a masterful use of language has you racing to the end.
