Even though I upload the cover of the books when I post a book without ISBN they never get posted to the shelf???

Well the have to be approved by a member of Image Data team... but they usually get to it in around 24 hours. However, there is evidently something going on with the image system right now... I am not sure if it has been fixed yet.

They'll usually PM if there's a problem with a cover you've uploaded-so if htey aren't showing up it's probably just that the volunteers that do this are busy or holding off for technical reasons.
