It's really so easy to learn and so beneficial in so many aspects of life.....and its just plain cool.

I learned some of the basics a couple of years ago and its probably been (educationally) the best skill I've ever learned.

I wish I had learned them when I was a kid.

There are a number of authors offering memory boosters but its all really found in the plentifull older books.
