I'm in the mood for some Halloween based cozies - can't handle the intense novels ;( - Okay, maybe a few!!  lol   So far I have:

Paula Gosling - A Few Dying Words

Nightmare In Shining Armor - Tamar Myers

Satans Silence - Cassidy McCabe Mystery - Alex Matthews

What are some others?  What's your favorite Halloween read?

ETA:  I know there is a Halloween thread in Horror forum but not cozies ...

How about Trick Or Treat Murder by Leslie Meier ?

Or Witches Bane by Susan Wittig Albert.

Also there's All Hallows Evil by Valerie Wolzien.

I've read 1 and 3 but not the middle one. Good cozies without the gore. I don't do gore very well, so these suited me.

There are some great Halloween cozy theme books listed here!  I was also thinking of...Monica Ferris~ and I agree with Connie that

Blackwork by Monica Ferris looks like her "best" Halloween cozy!  Thanks for the great tip!

It's not particularly cozy, but "Quoth the Raven" by Jane Haddam is the Halloween entry in her holiday series featuring Gregor Demarkian.

I just purchased Ghastly Glass by Joyce and Jim Lavene.  Now that it is October - it on the TBR this month list.
