I LIKE THIS BOOK!! I have a copy of this and the I Hate to Housekeep Book by Peg Bracken and I read through them when I have the time. Every time I read them, I find a new tip or hint or two that I can use! She also makes me feel less incompetent as a housewife!

This is an oldie but goodie. There are more than 180 quick & easy recipes and some interesting information to go with it. Fun to read while waiting to the item to cook.
The book itself is old but in very good shape... Pages are yellow but none are missing.

It turns out that I have an abridged version of the original book. Still, there are some good recipes here and Peg Bracken's subtle wit and writing style are a lot of fun to read!
