Although the book description states that this book will appeal to those who liked "Confessions of a Shopaholic", in my humble opinion, it is not written as well. The first third of the book was a yawner for me, and since I worked in fashion a lifetime ago, I should have found it to be thoroughly appealing. The latter part of the book picked up enough for me to finish it. There is a little bit of mystery and intrigue in the storyline, along with the requisite romance. Ok for a beach read, or something to do on the airplane, but otherwise a book that could be skipped.
