WOW!! what a read. I was fascinated reading of how diamonds make their way to market, how the cartel controls a stone that isn't even rare or valuable and how the harvesting of these stones affects the lives of so many people around the world. To find out how naive I was about diamonds was truly an eye-opener. Just wish I had read it before my husband bought me a very expensive diamond set for Valentines day, I would of had him return the set!!
