the title for a book I read 20 years ago...
I think it is a serial romance title like Harlequin Romance or Silhouette.
A woman is raising her nephew by her self after her sister and her brother-in-law have died. When it is discovered that the nephew was actually switched at birth with another child. The boy's biological father tracks her down where she and the boy live in San Francisco. Wanting access to her biological nephew and boy she has grown to love the man convinces her to marry him and move with the child to where he lives in Phoenix.
They have to put on a front of "love" for the man's family. And as they so often do what starts out in pretend turns to reality.
In the course of the book there is a skiing trip to Utah. The woman is very crafty and loves to sew. The hero convinces her to open up a gallery with her crafting pieces as well as his sister's paintings.
If anyone recognizes this plot and knows the title, it would save me alot of time on fiction database.
Thanks in advance
