I have tried everything that I can think of.....and I have also searched thru the forums and followed their advice, but I cannot get an avitar!!  This is what I have done so far:

I have shrunk the files......one is now 2.96KB and the other one is 2.23KB

I have shrunk them down th 75 x 75

I have made sure that the extension is .jpg

I have uploaded mulitple times into my account settings, where the pictures are supposed to go....and the pictures show up in my settings...but not when I post in the forums.

Any idea what I am doing wrong??

Lisa, just checking.  But you're trying to download it under your "Public Profile" settings and not "Forum Settings", correct?

ETA:  And you are clicking on "Update Profile Settings" after you're done?

From the My Account page, I hover over "My Account" tab and from the drop down menu, I choose "settings"..........scroll down to Public Profile....click on "browse" and find the picture.......add it, and then update.....then repeat those same steps for the second picture......and update.

Ah ha!!!  I WAS updating the Forum Settings!!!  Now I got the pic by my name......how do I get it in the row on the bottom too?

In Account / Settings a little further down is Forum Settings.  You can upload small blinkies there.
