The definition of pierogies are "Festive Pies".  You could go with a theme like that.

Are they going to be polish style pierogies or will you have other flavors?

If you are going with other meat flavors you could call them by other names such as Mandu (Korean dumplings), Manti (Asian Dumplings),  Wonton (Chinese Dumplings) or Pelmeni (Russian Dumpling).

Dessert type ones, filled with fruit and typically fried, can also be called Bao or Baozi (Chinese Fried Dumpling).

Primo Pierogi !   Primo being a synonym for 'the best', 'most excellent', 'unsurpassed'; as I'm sure your pierogies are.
