Is there a way to get celebrity biographies only in a search ?  I've tried to narrow it down myself, but there's a lot of books that don't look like biographies when I do this!

What are the exact steps you are currently using? 

My first attempt would be under the "search" tab, use 'advanced search", set the genre pulldown menu to "biography".  The results do seem to include many titles that don't necessarily seem to be biographies.  If I add a "biography" to the keyword field for the same search, the results look far more like mostly biographies.

You can try selecting or excluding multiple genres when using the book browser. Perhaps excluding True Crime, Travelers and Exporers, etc. would help. Or maybe including choices under Humor and Entertainment. Currently, the choices under both categories are:

Lynn -- try this.

Go to Search / Book Browser and choose these settings:

• Search Type: Posted Books
• Genre: Biographies & Memoirs
• Checkbox Large Print Only: checked

Click the Update Results button. You should see approx. 46 posted books in the search results.

I wish genres were more accuate.

I would love to browse for Role Playing Game books but the relevant genre is full of novels based on RPGs and strategy guides for computer games. The noise is way way too high to bother.
