I paid for postage and DC but the wrapper never printed.  It didn't even download... so I went back, thinking I clicked a wrong button but the money was taken from my account.   The wrapper is definitely not in my download files.   I looked on the help docs but couldn't find any info on what to do. 

What can I do?

Did you see the option "Reprint Label"?   It should be there. 

No I don't see that.  I printed one for another book just fine but this one there was a problme of some sort.  I do see the "Having trouble printing this wrapper?" but it takes me to the screen to pay and print again.

If you've already paid for the postage, when you go to the page to print the wrapper, there should be a box outlined in red just under the three styles of wrapper that says "you have already paid for this postage and will not be charged again."  So you can reprint without paying again just by going to the bottom of the page and printing.

If it doesn't say that, check your money registry (on your My Account page) and make sure it did take the money from your account for that book.  If it did and doesn't have the box I mentioned on the reprint page, contact the team through the Contact Us link at the bottom and they can look at your account and figure out what happened.

When you reprint the wrapper the screen looks the same  but just under the wrapper templates is a box  with the words (similar words) you will not be charged again.

Make sure your popup bloker is not on or that it is not asking you to download the file if you are using IE it will be just under the address bar, click on the bar and it will ask you if you want to download or maybe you need to download activex first.  Many reasons why.
