My printer is only printing blank labels, not the addresss of the requester. I've never had this happen before and I've mailed hundreds of books. How do I get the requestor's address? Do I have to contact them personally? Or is there a contact for glitches? Thanks!

If you are running out of time to mail-try the button for manually writing the address.  It's probably a problem with your browser or something.  Did your computer do any updates lately?

I tried the button for handwritten labels. It only gives me a big blank space too. I printed several labels this afternoon, but only one keeps coming up empty. Thanks for your response though.

Sounds like your computer has picked up a bug. Try to find another computer to use, :friend, library---etc.  Are you having trouble on any other websites?

I recently had trouble w/ my Norton anti-virus,,,,it was cloned and none of my scans fixed my prob. Had to find a techy friend to do a fix for me,,I paid him in caramellized  nuts.

I don't think it is on her end, I got a live help question from a member who was having the same issue. I'm going to send in feedback to the team about it.

I got a Live Help question about this too and asked the person to send in feedback to the Team. I don't have anything to mail right now so I can't check if it's solved so hopefully it will get resolved today.

Here was the response I received:

"Dear Liesl,

Thanks for writing in about this. We had an issue with Printable Postage for a short time yesterday afternoon, but it should be working now.

Please ask anyone who reports this to you make sure the "postage" option is chosen and to try again, and if the problem continues to contact us directly so we can look into it.

We hope this information is helpful. Have a great day!

The PaperBackSwap Team"

Sounds like it should be fixed!

I'm glad it wasn't my computor, but I still can't get an address to put on the wrapper. It is still not working for me. Is anyone having this happen?

Ok, I've had two requests since last night and those labels printed correctly. It's just the one from yesterday that's not working. I'm going to have to cancel that request and maybe relist the book later. It's all I can think of to do. Thank you for all your help and telling me about Live Help. That's good to know.

Rather than cancel the request you could PM and ask for their mailing address and just write it on the wrapper.

Or you could contact the Team as they told Liesl you should do. The Contact Us link is at the bottom of the page, under Company.
