Well, her books are fairly well researched imo.  Not like others(some of whom I really like) take a very....liberal?, literal? view of the term "fiction" as it applies to history.  Interesting stuff.

I will be the first to 'fess up that it was too early when I first saw this to recall what day today was. Anyone else?

APRIL FOOLS!

I was just going to say this is WORTH thinking about!   I smell a new book, citing Susan as a source!  LOL

Ah, Cathy -- I was waiting til the end of the day to tell folks to be sure to click on the link that Susan provides at the end to Henry VI's confession -- I was having fun reading people's reactions.

Susan has a wicked sense of humor. I just hope PG or Sandra Worth don't get any ideas from it for future novels.

I think Susan posted it early as well. She did have a big hint in the further reading link, but when I read it in the early AM, further academic reading was the last thing on my mind.

Ok -- I confess -- I'm sure I would have fallen for it if not for my compulsive habit to click on all links! (But after I clicked on the link at the end, I just started laughing.)
