I got a request last night, which I accepted and printed right away.  I mailed the book today and marked it mailed.  Then, I was looking in my transaction archives for something else, and saw that the request for the same book I just mailed (to the same requestor) was marked "Cancelled by Requestor".  Huhh??  I thought it was not possible to cancel a request after the label had been printed?  The only thing I can find in the help about requestors cancelling requests after a book was mailed does not apply, as it covers books not marked mailed by the deadline.  That was not the case here.  Am I going to lose a credit for this cancellation, even though I have already mailed the book?  I never even got an email notifying me of the cancellation.

Is the book still on your main account page, showing that you mailed it?  If so, the requestor might've requested it and cancelled during the buyer's remorse period, and then re-requested.

Otherwise, I have no idea.

Has it disappeared from your "Books I've Mailed" tab?  If it's still there, it could be that the person requested it, cancelled it, and then decided to go ahead and get it.

It is in my "books I have mailed" tab.  I guess they could have requested, cancelled and re-requested.  I hope that's all it is.

I'd bet that they ordered, cancelled, then ordered again. I've seen it happen a lot. You can check the time of the requests in the details to make sure.

They might have cancelled by accident.

I didn't realize I could check the details of the cancelled transaction- thanks for mentioning that Melanie.  Looks like they reordered right after they cancelled.  So, mystery solved- thanks everyone!
