Looking for a new book to read and in the mood for a Historical with a twist, prefer it to be set in the American west but if you know of one in a different time/location please offer it up, I'm not terribly picky!

Jo Beverley has a couple.  Regency setting.  Christmas Angel is one;Demon's Mistress is another(that one is a novella-released in "In Praise of Younger Men"-and also in another anthology-think it's called "3 Hero's"-Jo calls it "3 Guys Named George" because hero's

are friends who share the same name.  And, yep, that "In Praise of Younger Men" would also be an option; all younger men; Regency setting.
