So I've never seen a threesome in an erotic historical. I mean  m/f/m. I don't get into the guy on guy thing.  I've noticed this becoming popular and I really don't want to read a sex scene between two guys.  I'm more interested in 2 guys pleasing a woman.

(now that I think about it-I read a Bertrice Small book once where the heroine has a threesome with her husband and an evil magician-that's not what I"m lookng for)

thought I had one but the guys get it on too though the way it was written it was kinda hot since they were all having fun and cared for each other.(samantha kane - the courage to love)

The Completeness of Celia Flynn she has 3 guys but I didnt' care much for that one..too skinny of a book to try having a storyline IMO. I don't think the guys do each other but can't remember.

Doesn't that sound like something from a bad soap opera or something?  Like bad dialogue...

X, remember when we had that threesome with the evil magician?

I thought we agreed never to speak of that again, Y.

Yes, I know, X.  But I think we must.  No matter how I try, I can't seem to forget it.

It was the rabbits, wasn't it?  You can't forget the rabbits...

Anchor and Storm By Kate Poole but I don't know if it's in print or just e-book.  I read it e-book.  Ann Jacobs who also writes for Ellora's Cave write historical menage's.  I will have to go back through my book list to see which one's they were.

Funny.  Maybe a Wizard would be a better description.  I can't remember the book title.  It was her usual formula.  Young girl forced to marry virtual stranger she doesn't like much.  Virtual stranger goes on errand for king and ends up under spell of evil Witch. He becomes her sex slave.   Young girl suddenly can't live w/o husband she didn't seem to like very much so she abandons newborn son w/grandparents to find missing husband.   Young girl disguises her self as a stable boy in Witch's household. Witch's evil brother wizard/magician makes young girl his love slave.  Husband remembers who he is while having threesome with wife and evil wizard/magician.

This was truly an awful book.  Although there was an intersting scene where the evil wizard/magician sucks grapes about of the heroine. And I don't mean while they're kissing.

Lora's Leighs are not historicals and I wouldn't classify them as westerns but I would classify Marly's Choice, Sarah's Seduction and Heather's Gift as very hot erotic reads.  There are 3 guys but their focus is on the lady.  Sarah's Seduction was my favorite of the three.

What about this one? I'm tempted to get it, though I'm not sure if it's an e-book or available in print:

Lady of Two Lairds by Sedonia Guillone
Publisher: Loose Id
ISBN: 1-59632-186-5
Genre: Historical; Menage (M/F/M);
Length: Novel

Leda MacGregor has harbored a secret love for the handsome laird Duncan since she was sixteen. When he blames her for his wife’s death, she turns to his brother Ian for comfort and finds her heart capable of loving two men.

Ian MacGregor finds his heart captured by Leda, his childhood friend. He desires her more powerfully than any other woman he has ever known. However, he is torn between the desire of his heart and the course his life must take. When he is finally free to love Leda, she is torn from him by a cruel deception.

Duncan MacGregor learns the powerful force of forgiveness from Leda and over time, grows to love her and desire her in a way he never thought possible. When his brother breaks her heart, he takes her for his own. When fate brings Ian back, he still loves Leda…

One woman. Two ruggedly handsome highlanders. She loves them both. Fortunately, they are willing to share her…

I just read this one and thought it was really good.  Anchor And Storm by Kate Poole.  As far as I can tell, it is only available as an ebook at Ellora's Cave.  I would love to have a print copy and there is some evidence that there was one, but there aren't any for sale anywhere that I can find.  If someone knows where to get one or even that a print one does exist somewhere, please let me know.

Anyway, it is about a Scottish girl who marries an English Earl and they are very much in love but he has a degenerative disease that runs in his family and doesn't want to pass it on to a child.  So to father an heir  they form a threesome with the Scottish groom who is a displaced laird.  (You know the English shipped most of them off to the colonies as indentured servants, the ones that were't dead after Culloden.)  This one is an indentured servant to the Earl.  The men grow close in a manly, nonsexual way, and they they both love the woman who loves both of them.  Good Story.

ETS:  Oops, Just read the other posts and saw that this one was already listed.

Well I read 3 Bertrice Small books.  In everyone the couple was seperated and one or both of the main characters was made a sex slave at some point.  They didn't like each other much at first, then they're seperated for more than half the book, each having sex with other people, then they miraculously find each other again and are madly in love.  3 books was enough for me.  I like my hero/heroine to be together for most of the book. THey don't have to be blissfully happy the whole time-but in the vicinity of each other is good.

Dawn H, unfortunately not all the 'goodies' are in paperback :-( one of the reasons I got an ereader. and be glad you got a hubby!

Mary, I used to read Beatrice Small but got tired of the harem stuff and women screwing their uncle..yep one hot sex scene and she says 'oh  uncle' almost made me gag..actually I think I did gag..

Doesn't Emma Holly have a book that would meet this requirement?

I"ve read a couple Emma Holly's and there's usually gay sex in hers. I know some of you like that and I have nothing against it but I don't want to read about it either.

okay, now I know to stay away from her books.

I just bought this book called Three (Aphrodisia) by Noelle Mack and is historical menage or I think it is from the reviews from amazon. I will let you know once I read the book.

If I remember correctly the menage in Three is f/m/f but I could be confusing it with another book.
