Lord Of The Isles   Why does this plot summary sound so familiar?

After traveling to Scotland on business, the bed of a highland laird is the last place Ali Graham expected to wake up. But there's no mistaking the irresistibly masculine Scottish Highlander whose chamber she's accidentally infiltrated--or the severe wound he's suffered in battle. As a doctor, Ali knows how to heal his injury, how to nurse his body back to health. What she doesn't know is how to heal his heart. . .

I dunno,  but just once I would like to see a completely resistible slightly effeminate Scottish Highlander.  Just to change things up! ;)

Actually that highlander does look pretty effeminate. Nary a chest hair! The days of the manpelt are looooooong gone on romance covers.

These "irresistibly masculine" heroes still read their Cosmos. At least that's how lots of these newer romances read.

Is it "Outlander: The Rerun"? Filled with "B List" stars? Maybe?

He certainly is a "B" list Jamie Fraser. Library has it so I couldn't resist. Will have to wait my turn though

Ick! Ick!

On a serious note, can authors so blatantly lift other author's plot lines? This is quite beyond the pale, methinks!

Vicki I agree, the only furry things allowed in my house have four legs and either elegantly ignore me, or adore me especially when I say the word "Treat"

That pic has to be from the 80's before manscaping became so wide spread.
