Not as good as the first and last(Mixed Blessings), but still good. I want to read the entire series. Not much happens the first 300 pgs., but it gets better.

This was not the best book in the series so far. I enjoyed it, but kind of felt like I was waiting for Emma to die so I could see what became of her empire. Kind of a slow read compared to A Woman of Substance.

Not my favorite book so far in the series. A Woman of Substance was so good. Hold the Dream was kind of a slow read. I felt like I was waiting for Emma to die to find out what happened to her empire.
