Sometimes it's surprising how quickly airmail moves. Sometimes I order things from Japan and it only takes a few days. :D

Wow - that was quick.

I live in Honolulu and recently got  books from FL in 2 days with Media Mail.

Also sent books Media mail that took 2 days - think the envelopes must've gotten put into the 'Priority Mail' cart accidently.

USPS never fails to surprise :)

When my sister was stationed in hawaii, we found that most things I mailed her (from NJ) go tthere really quickly.  I think it's because just about everything is flown over there...not like here, where things often go by truck.

Wow...media mail got there that fast, huh? I didn't put First Class on it specially or anything, it was just a light mass mkt paperback that ended up going cheaper first class...I was just surprised it went so fast.

Of course I have another book that I sent the same day, at the same time, in the same blue box, that is just going a few states over, and it hasn't even been scanned yet. USPS is getting weirder by the day, it seems!
