For those who enjoyed Prouty's signature book, "Now, Voyager," this will be a pleasant read. The writing style is similar (although story line isn't as gripping.) The main character is Murray Vale, and he is part of the socially prominent Boston family that is featured in other books of Prouty's (including "White Fawn," "Fabia," "Lisa Vale, and "Now, Voyager.")
