Ian Watson discusses how to choose the appropriate homeopathic remedy by looking at the energy of the person's body. He believes that heart disease has a direct connection to shutting down the heart energy. The heart chakra has much to do with unconditional love, compassion and empathy. In the United States, our energy as a whole is tied up with money, sex, and power (the lower chakras) - the one key ingredient that is missing is the heart. When the heart is opened then we can have money and power without abusing it. Heart is even lacking a lot in the Eastern cultures. The whole planet needs to address the Heart chakra. We have a shared need.
The sacral (lower) chakra has a connection to the throat (upper) chakra. Both are known as creativity chakras. Some women are unable to conceive but open their upper creative (throat) chakra and they become fertile.
The sacral chakra is where we can feel what other people are feeling. When this chakra is functioning, we can shut this ability off and on at will. Tears originate in the sacral chakra.
The chakras have different intrepretations, and Ian discusses what they are.
I found the information helpful and very interesting.
