This classic kids' chapter book is still fresh and funny. I love the illustrations and McCloskey's characterization of the spirited Homer Price.

This book is very simple but in a funny way, about a boy named Homer Price who's always getting into fixes and messes innocently enough--but they always turn out ok or better then if he had planned them which he doesn't. A good, clean, fun read for children of all ages really.
This edition is the 1965 copy so it is aged but still good.
