Cindy Woodsmall is my favoirite author. I loved this story, about a girl who was supposed to have been brought up Amish. Circumstances prevented this, but on the run she finds her way to her dead Mother's birth place. Suspence, broken hearts, and Amish laws, and the world make this is very exciting read. And I love the fact that at the back of the book she list all the characters in the story. I think more Authors should do this. Can't wait for her next book.

This book was another great book of Woodsmall's. She intertwined Amish Fiction wiht that of a young lady who should have raised Amish but was instead on the run from a stalker and just on a few memories found her way back to the Amish people who wanted nothing to do with her based on past rumors about her mother and rumors about her but overtime she wins the love and acceptance of the Amish community.

This was my first book by Cindy Woodsmall and it will not be my last. I thought this book was well written and flowed well. I liked how the characters all came together. This story was a sweet story about Cara and her daughter, Lori, running away from the city and trying to make it in Cara's mother's Amish world (that she had left years ago). It showed how no matter what is thrown at you, you can survive and move forward. I would definitely recommend this story to others.

This book is a great easy read. The books subject was interesting but a little predictable. But it was also a joy to have something so well written.
