If you are a dog lover and especially if you show dogs or have thought about it, this is a great series. This particular book isn't the best in the series, but still a good fun read. I don't think Berenson pulls off Melanie's stalking very well which makes a good deal of the core plot less plausible. Still, a solid entry and well worth reading.
