3-story anthology. Big on romance, light erotica. All center around the Flyers minor league baseball team and 3 players who fall in love with local small town teachers (and one principal). Very nice, quick, sexy reads. Strong plot, likeable characters...I really enjoyed these stories.

Just an "ok" read for me. Read McLane's "Wild Ride" if you want a steamier book.

3 romantic/erotic stories -
In "Hot August Night", Erin O'Shea is a high school principal with sports on her mind. The school's lack of a baseball coach coincides with her lack of a man. Luckily, bad boy & former pro Michael Manning is ready & willing to fill both positions.

"Heat Wave" finds Josey Cooper, recently divorced
drama teacher, rounding the bases with Chase Mitchell, the sexy manager of the Sanders' City Flyers.

IN "Hotshot", sensible schoolteacher Halley Forrester loosens up her pitching & her love life with Reese Taylor, who's an all-star in more ways than one.

From the cover:
Small-town dreams, big-time passion. You'll find them both in Sander's City. The town's love affair with baseball sparks some scorching affairs off the field. And the men are fair game...

Skintight pants are hard to resist--especially when they're on a starting pitcher. In "Hotshot", sensible schoolteacher Halley Forrester loosens up with Reese Taylor, who's an all-star in more ways than one...

I enjoyed all three stories. I always like anthologies that have interconnecting characters.
